If you would like to schedule an appointment with Metabolic Leader, please contact your PCP to request a referral to our office. This request will allow your PCP to send a copy of your office notes and laboratory, imaging, and other results pertaining to your endocrinological diagnosis to our office allowing us to provide you with the most comprehensive care.

From I-295 take Exit 2 (Scarborough/Old Orchard Beach). The Connector will bring you to US Route 1 heading south. Once you have merged onto US Route 1 heading south, follow the signs to “Reverse Direction” on the right. At the red light, turn left onto US Route 1 heading north. Stay straight on US Route 1 and 9 going past the connector ramp for I-295 and 95. 51 US Route 1 is a complex called Nonesuch River Plaza and will be on the left, at the bottom of the hill. Metabolic Leader is in Suite H at the right back corner of the building.

From I-95 take Exit 45 towards I-295/Maine Mall Rd/US-1. Merge onto Maine Turnpike Authority Approach. Take Exit for Scarborough/Old Orchard Beach (Scarborough Connector). The Connector will bring you to US Route 1 heading south. Once you have merged onto US Route 1 heading south, follow the signs to “Reverse Direction” on the right. At the red light, turn left onto US Route 1 heading north.
